      Pros

      Room for growth from entry level positions, always looking to promote from within. Most people you work with are generally good people.

      Cons

      Have to wear multiple hats due to understaffing. Never feels like there's a plan, have to adapt daily to customer needs as well as branch needs. Upper-management sets unrealistic expectations. Base pay is not even comparable to most competitors in the industry. Accounting/Finance team is impossible to deal with. You get full benefits/401k but the insurance coverage is really bad and super expensive.

      Opportunity to work with some experienced Sales Reps and a wide range of companies.

      Cons

      The culture can be very toxic. It is a man's world and if you do not buy into the company and plan to be there for the next 20+ years you will struggle to grow professionally.
