The workflow is smooth and the workload is minimal. Not stressful in the slightest.

Cons

Fastenal states that they will provide healthcare to part-time employees. What they don’t tell you, is that they won’t ever let you know how to get it. HR will only provide vague answers and tell you that “you will be notified when you meet the qualifications”, but won’t elaborate on what the “qualifications” are.
