Part time pay, job security, co-workers. Great experience for anyone looking for part time work, they expect you to stay with the company and when you perform well you are rewarded for it.

Cons

Low starting salary with limited advancement in Full Time. Either way the company is straight forward and does well.

Great support in all aspects of the business a lot of hard working people that are willing to help one another to grow their business. Feels good to work for a company that is a step a head of the competition.

Cons

Long work days, busy fast paced enviorement and have to be very organized to continue to be successful

Pros

Everyday there is a different and new problem to solve. You will not be bored. The company as a whole does well consistently. Layoffs are not an issue as they use attrition when business slows. They do many things well and there are also many areas they could improve in, so you stay busy solving problems that improve the business.

Cons

The business is selling and distributing industrial supplies which isn't the most exciting line of work. Personally i find it very interesting, but that may not apply to everyone. Depending what area you work in your experience with the company may vary.
