Not the greatest place on earth but a good place to start, good place to get managerial experience fast.

Easy to get Managerial experience, Paid training, you can develop a career very easily and make decent money, flexible schedules for students.

Cons

District Managers almost NEVER visit little stores, a lot of favoritism for GMs in charge of Corporate customers stores, RVPs involvement should be more frequent (they dont get to know each of their stores)

It is a great company that works with you if you have any issues with scheduling and vacation days.

The work is extremely easy, there is flexibility with scheduling, the management is extremely helpful when you have issues with work, there are short hours, you get weekends off, and they hire people who have second jobs or are in school

Cons

It is difficult to reach full time status, the warehouse is not completely temperature controlled, the rules and guidelines are difficult to understand.
