Good place to get started in sales

Flexible with part time hours. There is plenty potential for working your way to a sales representative job. Decent pay, rarely work weekends.

Cons

Must know a lot about industrial and construction supplies. Training is available.

There is the potential to learn about the products that you sell. My branch manager and sales support guy are good to work with

No raises in the past 2.5 years. Incompetant upper management. I have never seen the Regional VP at my store. Rarely see the District Manager. No help or support from corporate, and when i call the help line, the people on the other side treat me like i'm an idiot. Pay is okay but nothing special. Commision is a joke. This has been a bad experience on the overall. P.S. What's with never drug testing anyone?

Freedom to go shopping during the day.

Pay Management Hours Numbers, Numbers, Numbers Overall work environment Outside Sales is not really Outside Sales. I spend more time inside than i do outside. The so called solution to that is "pick up the phone and call your customers". I didnt know my title go changed to Telemarketing Specialist.
