Pros

Freedom to go shopping during the day.

Cons

Pay Management Hours Numbers, Numbers, Numbers Overall work environment Outside Sales is not really Outside Sales. I spend more time inside than i do outside. The so called solution to that is "pick up the phone and call your customers". I didnt know my title go changed to Telemarketing Specialist.

Pros

Get to drive company vehicle while on the job. They are very flexible when it comes to giving time off. You manage your own territory.

Cons

The pay sucks, and so do the benefits. The amount of work put in is not compensated. The management is horrible and inexperienced. The goals are compltely unrealistic. the opportunities for advancement sucks.No positive energy from upper management. Stuck dealing with incompetent jerks all day long.
