Great place to start out of college.

Good starting pay, freedom to make your daily schedule, customer relationships, great people to work with if you get a good branch.

Cons

Low comissions, unrealistic goals such as growing actives +3 and web actives +2 EVERY MONTH, also want 2 new accounts EVERY MONTH. Frustrating to be griped out for not meeting those goals when everyone knows its not possible to do that every single month.

You will get a crash course in the business world.... simply put, ur going to learn if u put ur mind to it

Cons

So cheap they dont even do a background/drug test cause they dont want to pay for it, so basically you can be a complete criminal and you will get hired if you pass the interview process... favoritism exist!!!commission structure is terrible, and compensation is laughable..

Good pay, good managers, overall I enjoyed working there for the 3 months that I was there. It was a good job.

Cons

The hours are not that great, you work 2 days a week and it is from 8-5. Long hours are not fun.
