Pros

Progressive company that is capturing the market.

Cons

Company culture can be counter productive. All employees are paid for performance - some goals conflict, plain don't make sense to measure, and ultimately result in poor business decisions being made. Too much focus on short term growth vs. long term. Long hours and low pay. Little training and development for operations.

Pros

decentralized managment, great sales resources; distribution, various sales support, interaction with manufacturers/businesses, ability to make a difference in your own branch, good upper managment support

Cons

pay is average, a poor branch manager can create a stagnant experience for the outside sales rep underneath them

Pros

Great people to work with, down to Earth and welcoming.

Cons

The work is extremely repetitive, even when you have a manager who actively tries to involve and challenge his/her part-timers. There is quite a steep learning curve due to the massive selection of products. This is not inherently a bad thing, but classes and resources for learning more about what the company sells is not emphasized enough.
