Great Co to invest in, great company to buy from. Great career start from 2 or 4 year education for business, sales majors. Sales to sales mgt. of a small group.

Cons

Required 50 hrs work week with little vacation and benefits as well as below average income.

The job has a base salary.

Cons

50-60+ hour work weeks. No overtime pay. You will never get a raise from your base. Its hard to make the kind of money that people I graduated with make while I work there.

Easy going sales environment. They train you to the best of their ability. They also promote from within and the company is very strong and secure.

Cons

Their are some bad apples that seem to put a bad taste in your mouth and the customers'. For the most part if you stick with it and get the help you need you will succeed at Fastenal.
