      Flexible schedule which is great if you have other commitments, Decent hourly wage, Great co-workers, Management is very motivational

      Cons

      Not enough hours, Unrealistic sales goals set in a digressing economy, and I have noticed that there is a high turn over rate

      Not a difficult job, company truck while at work, excellent product, no weekends.

      Cons

      50 hour work weeks, you don't just sell you have to do it all from run the store, stock the shelves, clean, collections, while trying to do your own job.
