Flexible hours, thats about all.

Cons

Horrible pay, no real job opportunites unless you are good friends with upper managment, turnover is outrageous, highly unhappy employees, NO raise opportunites- 95% of people that work there never get a raise... im not joking at all. Hours cut to 25 so company can avoid paying healthcare.

Very little support for branch level. Stores are expected to run with only two or three employees while still maintaining 100+ outside sales calls each week.

Where do I begin? Comments about my age (40s), constant reminding that I am not an "A" candidate for raises/recognition because I do not want a career with them (for good reason), watching people get treated poorly, demoted or even fired for not being a team player.
