      Pros

      I love fastenal and love working there.

      Cons

      My product knowledge was weak upon entry so it was somewhat difficult to learn about all the products starting from scratch.

      Not much opportunity for advancement, unrealistic sales goals, very conservative company, district managers tend to be homogeneous

      Pros

      The only pro i can think of is having extra money in my pocket, but at 11 dollars an hour for the work you do it is not worth it.

      Cons

      1. storeage of items was unsafe for employees. 2. they dont use the proper equipment and vehicles the job requires. 3. they try to cut your breaks short. 4. not fair in the amount of work each employee is given. (if you work fast you will not be rewarded).
