Benefits are decent but nothing to brag about.

Cons

A lot of micro-managing Employees don't have a voice with the company unless you work near hubs Compensation with commission is fishy

Customer aren't snobby, normal guys

Cons

So many products, most of which are industrial. It will take years to learn the products in and out and everyone who comes there is looking for advice. If you aren't familiar with the products people get mad.

able to participate in all areas of your sales: qouting, sourcing, pricing, logistics, inventory, etc. mandatory training in business and industrial knowledge paid for by company strong motivation from managers

Cons

tight budget for expenses, sharing vehicles, errors in shipments from master warehouses charged to branch
