Pros
Depending on where you are in the country and what your role is with the company, Fastenal provides a great, trial-by-fire introduction into the business world. You gain exposure to many different industries and business practices.
Cons
The pay is pretty low and there are no real raises. Also, promotions are only given (generally) to those who relocate across the country. Fastenal is built to turn over employees, and in many areas that is their objective.
