      Great logistics and locations close to the customer

      Cons

      District manager was too micro manager. Compensation was too little. They did not recognized you if you went above and beyond the call of duty.

      Pros

      If your just unemployed and looking for a get you by job then it would be okay that's it.

      Cons

      Management from the top down is terrible! They all talk like programmed robots vending, web sales, freight, margin, price performance. They say your in outside sales but really it's route sales. Really it's a high pressure sales job that pays close to miminimum wage.
