bad pay, bad commission, poor hiring. My boss (the store's GM) never went to college which is fine but, his written/verbal skills were horrendous making it an embarrassment.

you drive their vehicle not your own No weekend work leave most days by 5:30pm you never get fired no matter how bad you stink it up promote within

Cons

horrible pay poor work conditions not a professional workforce they promote those who should be fired benefits are laughable management has no clue how to run a business huge push on vending machines they do not pay for uniforms
