Pros

Decent local management - however, this is not necessarily the status quo. The part time opportunity provides pay a little over minimum wage and a look into the world of industrial business.

Cons

A constant need to "CYA" to avoid being strung along by local and upper management decisions. Also, at smaller stores, the part time position comes with a substantial amount of down time.
