Pros

If you need to miss a lot of work, they are fine with that. Only 27 hrs. per week. They don't want to pay you to work anyway.

Cons

No raises, no benefits, no structure, higher ups are complete idiots who do not value their employees at all.

Great staff, managers, and facility to work in. I really enjoy the work fast paced and always have something to do.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of but I would advise to wear comfortable shoes I tried my steel toe boots and got blisters.

Pros

Good first job to put something on your resume. Good part time job for high school or college students. It's not a career type company, but it's a good starter company while you look for something else.

Cons

-Unsustainable growth through outrageous sales goals YTD and MTD. It's a growth bubble similar to the housing market crisis. -Extremely high turnover due to increasingly fast moving trend towards over micro-managing, employee intimidation, and regular decreases in commission rates with the expectation of more sales output. Constantly training/ promoting new incompetent employees because of unsatisfied turnover. -Completely focused on stock price rather than employee satisfaction. -Bad business model of taking from employees (the sales force core of business growth) to keep the stock prices elevated to show positive growth to investors.
