Pros

There is a lot to learn, and a very flexible atmosphere. Everyone is very young, and there is not a lot of micromanaging. My general manager is very good about answering questions, and teaching when he needs to, but letting employees have freedom to make decisions.

Cons

The compensation structure is complicated. I am part time, and get paid well by the hour for my position, but full time sales, have complicated commission structure that in my opinion does not let the sales person succeed financially. There is also a lot of turn over, because there is not a lot of room for growth.
