advancement potential is pretty high because of shifting markets which bring new stores & high turnover opens spots pay can be really good if you advance to a good sized store or equivalent position

Cons

trying hard to be with the times technologically but are not living up to expectations kills programs it doesn't fully understand even if they're working cares more about their stock price than they do about their employees
