Great for college students needing a part-time job, especially if they are interested in construction or anything like that.

Cons

I received very little training and had little support from full-time employees. Everything is all about numbers so everyone was just looking out for their own butts and would talk poorly about everyone else. No one took personal responsibility for anything because they were always afraid of losing their jobs.
