      Pros

      Fastenal allows you to work whenever you want as long you don't work over 30 hours a week, which is great for busy students. There's a lot of growth within the company too so it's likely you'll get experience in many roles under one umbrella in a short period of time.

      Cons

      The pay isn't great. I also worked for the company for 2 years and was never reviewed. I would have liked the opportunity for more feedback.

      Pros

      It pays some bills I suppose.

      Cons

      They don't care about you, your injuries, or how hard you work. The managers only care about a quota just so THEY can receive a bonus, NOT the employees. I got sick and tired of putting up with them because they're nothing but liars, very few people were actually trustworthy there. They let any pathetic loser work there and never punish them for wrongdoings or how they treat co-workers. I could not stand the people I dealt with, don't work here.
