Great for College students to build a resume

The schedule is very flexible. I'm able to set my own hours and they can change as I need them. This is great as I'm a very busy involved college student.

Cons

I feel I have a lot more to offer the company but I'm not taken very seriously. I don't know if this is because I'm female or because I'm a college student, but either way it's not a good feeling to have about your employer.

The Spooner WI store sucks.

Might be some Pros but not if you work in the Spooner store.

Cons

It is all hell you will be discriminated against if you are only part-time. Part-time Customer Service. I can't think of one thing that was good. The GM was never in the store within 2 weeks of starting i was left alone for hours. It was really wonderful when the GM came back and showed us all the goodies she got at Maurices. I was told I needed to step up because I missed 2 days of work. Most horrible experience ever. Wish I could post the write up I received after risking my life for the company by driving in blizzard conditions.
