Good real world work experience. Pay is good for a college student. Experience looks really good on resume. Would recommend working there.

Cons

Clients are blue collar and often rude. Although opportunities after college are available, pay is rather poor. This causes a high turn over rate within the company.

You make more money flipping burgers at McDonalds Management has no clue what is going on or how to run a business District Manager brought me into the branch and fired the guy I was replacing all at the same time he was beyond unprofessional
