      Pros

      Working with a diverse customer base, gaining many professional relationships in a variety of industries. Great training programs to ensure product knowledge and selling skills.

      Cons

      Complicated commission system, overload of products and services to represent, high turnover rate training never stops, Managed a store over 4 months and was only payed as an outside sales rep. Was not given effective team members to support store goals which impacts all other employees pay/time.

      It is a great place to get experience for your resume. You can move up quickly if you have a little ambition.

      Cons

      They do not pay their employees well enough. Over worked and under paid does not get an A in my book.
