Easy work if you learn quickly. I haven't encountered anything mentally taxing.

Cons

I'm a Mechanical Engineering undergrad. I was sold into an internship position. My verbiage has been carefully chosen... the atmosphere is full of salesmen who want to advance their commission above most everything else. Needless to say, I'm not applying as much of my ability as I'd like to be.

Great part-time hourly pay, good, flexible hours. Branch management is vastly different from case to case. Great training program, except when it comes to sales training.

Cons

No sales training whatsoever. Terrible commission/full-time pay. Terrible benefits. If you want a job in anything BUT sales, you will have to move to Winona, MI. Commission scale constantly changes, so management and Outside Sales Persons are clueless as to how to calculate their commission.
