      Pros

      Strong company, you have a lot of room to grow. Definitely has opportunities.

      Cons

      The company is very decentralized, so how good you district/region is depend on GM/DM/RVP. Some DM's aren't strong leaders, some are. Expect to be a latch key employee, company runs lean on employees, so there really isn't much time to train you. If you have a good GM/DM that trains you, them you should be squared away.

      Pros

      For a college student the hours were very flexible and worked around class schedules. Was constantly moving on the job so no down time.

      Cons

      Communication wasnt the best within the branch, but that was due to having so many part timers on at the same time. You are also thrown into some roles, so learning quickly was required.
