Great platform to attain management experience for recent college graduates or those interested in a sales career. Typically a small group of employees working at each store (3-6 people) which can be great or extremely frustrating. The ball is in your court, not a lot of supervision. If you are a motivated individual who is focused and communicates your desire to move up in the company it will happen.

Cons

Overall the company struggles to hire talented people. The company is too big for its own good, too many stores - not enough labor force. The distribution process needs significant improvement. Industry customers lack organization and have unrealistic expectations.
