Pros
-Steady work hours and no work on the weekends -Learn the ins and outs of running a business -Good experience for future jobs -Hire from within
Cons
-Pay structure is horrible. I don't believe employees are valued enough or compensated enough for the amount of work that is done at the branch level. -The office environment can be a little weird (you work with 1-3 other people) -If you are hired at a store with a bad GM your time there will be horrible -A lot of GM's tend to micromanage especially if your branch isn't performing well
