Excellent training curriculum and support from management. Fastenal is a great stepping stone for future outside sales roles with advanced responsibilities! Because of their VAST book of products, you can sell to just about any industry!

You do start above minimum wage

Cons

Promised two raises within the first few months, didn't even do the review for one and the second seems to have been eliminated. Managers are allowed to hire their friends for salary positions. Almost everyone is part time and you cannot make enough to live. Stay away.
