Salary is beyond horrible! Health Insurance and Benefits are sub-par! Micro management, they preach how great they treat their "Family" (Employees), but it's a joke, they don't practice what they preach. Christmas bonus is a shoe box full of off-brand junk food. Management is clueless, mostly made up from someone who ran a store for a year. They measure everything and hold store management accountable for performance but dictate how you MUST run a store with no leeway. Technology is non-existent. They don't pay for cell phones they require you have.

Inadequate pay. Selfish, micromanaging upper management. Crooked upper management. Company has no idea what direction it is going. They send out daily emails contradicting the previous days message. Outrageous growth expectations with inadequate tools to achieve these goals. Warehouse charges store for ordering too much bulk product, which causes your pay to go down. What other company charges you for selling to much product? Upper management is full of bullies, with the biggest bully being Lee Hein(president). Don't waste your time with this company.
