Pros

M-F job with weekends off. Paid time off and okay benefits. Employee discount is really nice.

Cons

Pay... Fastenal as a company acts like they are doing you the biggest favor by keeping you pennies above poverty. Ask for more and your told no. The responsibilities of some of these positions are outrageous based off the pay. They have a ridiculous pay calculator for commision/"bonus".

kind of stressful, manager wants to cross train you for every position in the store even salary positions with no compensation
