- Different paths to go career wise depending on skillset and preference - Good experience gained from entry level jobs - Decent benefits for full time employees - Plenty of training for current and new roles

- Poor company hierarchy makes it hard to understand your next steps - Low pay relative to other companies in the industry(from what I heard, what my pay is) - Lack of direction in career advancement - Easy to get stuck in the same position - Wrong people in the wrong positions seems to be a common theme - Benefits could be better
