Pros

None.............Nothing, everything about this company is scary. You never know when you will be fired...!!!

Cons

Everything... Management, HR, policies... Every member of management team should go through rigorous training on communication skills, behavioral skills. Very bad experience working here. Only best time I had here when I put down my papers and saved my future. Read all reviews here, you will know the truth...!

Pros

Lots of great co-workers, willing to train with no experience. They do give you independence and freedom.

Cons

"Growth through customer service" is dead. Pay plans are a serious joke, except it is not funny. You may last a few years, but you will figure it out. They will find a way to plug the hole if you find a way to make money. And don't dare say anything, they are the biggest bunch of babies.

Pros

Can be a rewarding Job...Good intro to the Hardware Industry Sometimes You feel like You did something good Company vehicles to drive.

Cons

Sadly A Very Cheap Company Low Pay for Very Long Hours- min 50 hour week, sometimes 60+ Cheap Phones, Cheap Computer Systems Upper Management likes to Lecture Employee's based on their Propaganda of Fastenal. Basically a Very Backwards Company that Understaffs Stores, Overworks Employee's, and to Me it always struck Me as a Pyramid scheme, Upper Management reaps the benefits of Overworking & Browbeating their employee's over Unrealistic Corporate expectations based on Corporate profitability forecasts. Chronic Understaffing...Poor Business Judgement By Senior Mgmt. Of All the Companies I worked with Fastenal's training was some of the worst, not to mention their Cheap & Proprietary Computer applications which were very difficult to work with.
