Good option to learn how a buisness operates
Pros
Lean company that will make it through tough times. Able to be competative in the market. Working at a branch you learn every aspect of business in general. You will go from contacting new customers, ordering parts, delivering parts and collecting payment. As well as learning how to deal with profitability and how that affects the 'bottom line'.
Cons
Very difficult to move up. Takes time and management makes all of the difference. As with other sales jobs you live and die by comissions. Hardest part is the year over year growth. (ie. if you have a big month this year, it'll be hard to surpass that the following year and get any sort of comission). Requirement of 50 hours salary means you work a lot with no chance of overtime or options of working less, it's a set 50.
