      Every day when you clock in, at some point, you get to go home.

      Cons

      Literally a "good ole boys club" lead by a spineless frat boy. Women are not taken seriously. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ASKING FOR A RAISE.

      No lay offs, pretty easy to stay as long as you like given basic good performance, folks are nice

      Cons

      SOPs are not consistent company wide- too much emphasis on "innovation" as a core value at entry level
