      Pros

      -managers who truly care about you (one would often even drive me home because I ubered to work) -not commission based, so it promoted a team dynamic -solid pay for retail work -inclusive and equitable work environment

      Cons

      -occasionally had to work night shifts, but you can share your availability to accommodate or not
