Great for the clothes, Growth? Maybe not.
Pros
You get free outfits every month and when you're first hired you get 4 free outfits! The associates you work with 9/10 are amazing and become friends you stay connected with even after you are gone from the job. Some mangers are amazing and such great people to work with but some of the other managers are more hostile and sarcastic with their behavior and are excused for it because no one reprimands them. Depending on how you feel about growth and opportunities this job may not give you those advancements depending if you're not managements favorite it will not come as quickly as you will see happen to those who are mangers favorites.
Cons
their is a lot of toxicity with management. They will spew that its associates but you will find out quickly the associates don't like certain people in management and it isn't just because they don't like them. They lack acknowledging associates that do manager task related work that associates are not supposed to do and if you:re a hard worker there, they will not acknowledge it if you are not one of they favorite workers. it is a sad thing to see and it:s a worse feeling to feel personally. If you advocate for yourself and they don't like you, they will say * okay we will think about that* but never do anything to fix it until it is coming from HR or their DM which the DM can also be a bit flipped depending on which store location you work at.
