      - flexible with my schedule - great coworkers - free clothes every month

      Cons

      - monthly subscription model made some customers difficult because they were upset over the system (you would just have to explain to them)

      Pros

      A beautiful, safe place to work - which is not typical in fashion where historically most places are in Vernon and DTLA. As a company, they provide a lot of comforts to make it a great experience working in-office. It's a very growth driven place for those looking to rise up the ranks, ensuring that you get seen for your accomplishments and drive.

      Cons

      A lot of pressure to climb the ranks. Before you even get to know your own job, you're already on the fast track to being considered for promotion. If you're looking to actually get settled into and learn or practice your craft for a few years, this won't be it. You will almost immediately be encouraged to do more than your job description in order to prove that you're ready for the next level, whether you feel ready or willing to move on or not.
