      Pros

      Fabletics is the best company to work for especially when it comes to their culture. They treat their employees very well and believe in a work/life balance.

      Pros

      Unlimited vacation up to 3 wks. But if you're a manager, that makes it difficult to take since the DM did say, "if you're salary, you get no days off. You understand, right?" Um, ok.

      Cons

      There are no work life balance, there are a lot of favoritism in this company. You have to "play the game" with their politics and nothing is anonymous.
