They can fire you any day, and if you have any kind of problem the decision-making process to resolve it is excessively slow precisely because of incompetent management. Low salaries for non-Sales figures, while the more operational figures have below average salaries. Variable salary with % below average. I understand the desire to maintain a culture based on listening and dialogue, but in addition to feeling listened, employees also need to receive concrete solutions.
