Mostly incompetent management, excluding the CEO and the owners, everyone works without criteria and without humanity, often keeping information hidden from high levels which means that things never change and that people are dissatisfied. They can fire you any day, and if you have any kind of problem the decision-making process to resolve it is excessively slow precisely because of incompetent management. Low salaries for non-Sales figures, while the more operational figures have below average salaries. Variable salary with % below average. I understand the desire to maintain a culture based on listening and dialogue, but in addition to feeling listened, employees also need to receive concrete solutions.
