      Pros

      Great compamy, I have been working there for 6 years and really loved every days of it. I have started in Paris as a Junior BD and en up in London UK as Managing Director. It is a visionary company with a really good growth. The management team are giving a lot of importance to entrepreneurial projects and will help you to grow within the company

      Cons

      When I was there, one of the cons was the lack of communication between countries but I am sure that they have evolved in the last 2 years.
