Pros

Very talented and helpful staff at some but not all locations. Personal and professional experience with Wildau, Nuermberg and Bochum was good to excellent at these locations.

Cons

Non-Competitive pay for experienced engineers. Lack of Communication between central headquarters and between local offices (competitive culture between branches). Presumption of not renegotiating expired contract(s). Lazy or lack of care to employee(s) and to detail.
