      Mit Glück interessante Projekte, in die man in direkter Anstellung nicht kommt. 30 Tage Urlaub ab dem 3. Jahr. Falls ein Projekt länger läuft gibt es ordentlichen Bonus. Gleitzeit, wenn Kunde es erlaubt.

      Kunden übertragen einem kaum Verantwortung. Mit Pech nur kurze Projekte, in denen es nur um Zeichnungen und Stücklistenpflege geht. Gehalt unterdurchschnittlich,

Selbstverständlich ist uns bewusst, dass dabei manche Faktoren durch den Einsatz beim Kunden vor Ort vorgegeben sind. Darüber hinaus richtet sich das Gehalt unserer Technischen Mitarbeiter nach dem BAP-Tarifvertrag, der für jeden mit den damit verbundenen Eingruppierungskriterien öffentlich einsehbar ist. Je nachdem, in welcher Vertragsart und Branche sie arbeiten, können sie ergänzend zu ihrem Monatsgehalt von Branchenzuschlägen profitieren.
