Pros

Stunning city centre offices, management and colleagues were all helpful and pitched in when you needed them, work was enjoyable training graduates and ex forces in IT. There are always plenty events on and nearly everyone I had pass through training or worked with was social and wanted to be there.

Cons

The biggest downside was the slow and limited network capability when training IT. Having to be in the office too, I felt restricted their catchment area to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Other Scottish locations were too far away to capture some of the best suited graduates.

Pros

Training for 2 - 3 months

Cons

You need to lock in for 2 years and if you break it you need to pay back training fee of 30k. Not guaranteed placement during the training. You need to do another round of interviews once you've completed your training to be placed at a company. I heard if you don't get placed they will let you go after 6 months.
