Not much to say they find you a job when you can't by yourself of course they takea big cut

They say it costs £20,000 for your training but it’s really not that great, then you get sent off to a client and you’re not really sure what you’re doing. The courses are a bit all over the place. And you have to stay with them for a minimum of two years otherwise you can be fined and owe them for the training. There is a cool off period where you get to decide if you want to stay on the course but you only have two weeks to decide once you’ve accepted the offer if you would like to no longer do it. You also don’t get a say which client you go with and where you end up so you could either stay somewhere local to you or end up far side of Scotland or all the way down south. It was a few years ago since I worked there so it may be different nowadays but that’s my experience anyway.
