Good company however it depends on what opportunities are available

Pros

Good training. Friendly trainers (well most of them) Prestigious clients. They get your foot in the door which is great for graduates.

Cons

The salary is low compared to average graduates in first and second year(21k and 25k), however if you have been struggling to find a job then you wont be too fussy. Relocation - you must be available to be placed anywhere in UK(including Scotland and NI). Also only a weeks paid accomodation when moving to a different city? It needs to be much longer than that. The jobs available after training really depend on what clients/opportunites are available at that time, if you get a good placement you will love it, if not you won't, simple as that. Not everyone gets placed with the client/role they want.

- Free Training - Bursary paid - Free coffee machine -Quality Training (for foundation modules only !!!)

Cons

- Non-Experienced Java Trainers - Trainees are treated differently - Unstructured training (not following the plan on LMS) -Sales team are not transparent (trainees do not know whether their cvs have been forwarded to clients or not ....also no feedback in case of rejection). -Constantly telling people that the percentages of trainees finishing their training and placed is 99.99% (complete nonsense ). - some CVs were not being forwarded to clients (not all trainees were given the same opportunity ). - trainers are not supportive
