Pros

There is none. It's a disaster. HR can ignore you for weeks, they lie to clients, they tell lies about training, and they don't help you with anything. The trainers are inexperienced people who make grave content errors despite teaching the course for more than five years.

Cons

I don't even know where to start, first of all they tell you that you are going to do a 4 months training when in fact the training lasts 2 months, and they make you sign a contract saying that a 2 months training can be worth more than a full time private master :). The trainers they have are people without a lot of knowledge, who don't have the answers to half the questions, but you don't have to expect much, and they don't get paid very well either. And FDM doesn't require them to have experience in teaching or many years of work... Basically after you finish your placement you can apply to be a trainer. They offer you certificates, which you pass not because you know a lot, not even because they will explain you well, but because they have the solutions to the questions they have been asking for years, so everyone passes and they don't lose money. The best part is that it is cheaper to pay Linkedin premium and do the courses, than in FDM, you learn 100 times more, and you are not stuck with a pathetic contract.

Pros

Opportunities to work with Fortune100 companies. Training when not at a client site. Some good trainers and support available to you. Learning resources like LinkedIn Learning available on site/client site.

Cons

Some trainings lacks quality. Payroll makes mistakes more often than you'd expect/like. It's decent pay, but the first two years, the pay is very low for the job in comparison with what you will get paid in year 3 onwards or what you will get paid elsewhere.

Pros

Amazing training, support and company knowledge to develop graduates into skilled employees. A lot of help getting employed, structured CV writing, interview and professional skills training. A brilliant company to work for and represent.

Cons

Placements sometimes can be very distant to where you currently live.
