Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our training material gets reviewed and updated regularly by our product owners. We also regularly survey our trainees for training quality evaluation and our product owners review the course material to ensure it's up to date. On top of that we align our academy training to the tech skills that are in demand in the market to ensure that we prepare our consultants best to excel when working on client-side. We also believe in total transparency, with all consultant contract details clearly stated and agreed to by both parties, yourself and FDM, before you join. These include salary structure and annual leave allowance, and the contracts with our consultants do not change over time. However, we welcome any feedback or questions. Please reach out to APAC.HR@fdmgroup.com - the team will be happy to assist you. Kind regards, FDM Group

Pros

FDM gives a great career trajectory. If you come in expecting it's their obligation to get you into a contract it will be a one star. If you treat contracts like you're independently trying to get employed it's a 5 star. They will supplement you with training and feed you interviews. I would boil it down to they aren't working for you, you're working for them. Training is good, very applicable in the actual positions. You'll need some foundational knowledge or you'll have a difficult time. They have clients in Fortune 100 Once on site HR is responsive and they do periodic check ins for anything you need

Cons

Sacrifice one year of pay, if you're hitting a ceiling in your developer career FDM will help you through sacrificing 1 year as non-competitive salary. Their employee learning/management/timecard systems are constantly changing, can be hard to keep up

Pros

You get: Training, Opportunity, Comfortable entry level pay with two years of fix progression in pay.

Cons

The catch is: you are not 100% in control of the opportunities you get and the client you will be placed in.
