Nice clients it is almost guaranteed that the company that will take you in it is at least decent to good

Cons

The training sometimes feels off, if you already know how to code sql and one other programming language it feels like a waste of time

Pros

- training is pretty good quality + friday afternoons off is a godsend - you get placed in companies - the company I was placed at was great - i was allowed to switch streams half way through training <3 - they got rid of the leaving fees - they made it a flat salary instead of a (lower) flat salary + bonus

Cons

- low-ish pay for what companies pay for you - some account managers try to force you into interviews for jobs in locations you don't want, then bring up the "contractually obliged" card smh. If you just stand your ground they probably wont give you the interview and if they do you can just purposely throw it - they replaced the leaving fees with a 60 day notice period
